A masterful pianist and jazz musician in general, and a caring, creative, patient teacher. I can't imagine my four sons ever outgrowing him, and he has become a beloved family friend. My eldest two sons, ages 10 and 12, have become accomplished well beyond their peers who are learning to play piano from other teachers. In fact, they seem to be many years ahead of their peers, and their technique is better. Russ is a star at breaking down every concept in a way they easily understand, can practice independently, and then master under Russ’s guidance. I have never seen anyone play so masterfully who is also able to teach his craft as well as Russ. He is personable and fun, and my boys LOVE their lessons. Russ can teach any style of piano well, from jazz piano to classical piano, to pop...anything. He can also compose music. For instance, the only piano music we could find for the well loved jazz piece “Linus and Lucy” didn’t include the descant, so Russ whipped one up for us and figured out where to insert it! It sounds amazing! Russ is also currently teaching my son two classical pieces by Mozart and Rachhmaninoff. He can teach any style at any ability level. I can’t wait to take lessons from him myself after my boys grow up!

Our high-energy twin boys started with Joe when they were 8 years old. We were looking for a nontraditional guitar teacher, someone who would keep music exciting and go with the learning styles of our kids. That is EXACTLY what we got! Joe has followed their interests and even helped them learn the basics to songs they hear on the radio. They have gained confidence and skill faster than we could have ever imagined. He connects with the boys well and explains things in ways they can understand. They are learning drums, guitar, and explore the synthesizer too. They are learning song writing and to analyze music. He also does jam sessions with them where they can let go and be creative. We are so happy to have found Joe!

Eric is a wonderful guitar teacher. He has been my son's guitar teacher for 2-years. I admire the honesty and patience that he has with my son, in addition to keeping lessons fun. I admire how he stresses the basics, yet encourages my son to practice familiar songs to keep it fun for him. My favorite part is when I hear Eric and my son do a "jam" session. Not sure if that is the right word, but it sounds so cool when they play together. I highly recommend Eric as a guitar teacher.

Rob has been a great fit for my boys ages 12 and 9. He very quickly determined their levels and helped them to feel proud of where they are and where they're going as individuals. He's a great teacher!

I am 27 years old and recently began taking vocal lessons with Briana! I’ve already begun to notice a drastic difference in my singing!! Within the first lesson I could tell Briana was the perfect fit! She is extremely well organized, knowledgeable, and very genuine. She gets straight to the information and doesn’t waste any time rambling which I love!! Also she has very structured lessons (she comes from a school teaching background so she plans well) and not only teaches you how to sing, but also some of the mechanics of how your body correlates. She always gives me as much information as possible and knows a wide range of techniques tailored to match your individual needs. She is so sweet and professional at the same time!! Highly recommend!!!
