TITLE Boxing Club offers an authentic full-body boxing workout that changes your body, clears your mind and engages your spirit. Their signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence. Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you'll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We invite new people in for a complementary 30 minute fitness consultation. We take time to learn about your goals, understand what you've done in the past and what you are looking to learn and/or get our of our training. We then demonstrate the punches and kicks, show you the facility, and explain how the training sessions work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in boxing through TITLE Boxing Club corporate. We also have individual trainers with various certifications in specific types of training. We match your needs with the correct trainer.
