As a relaxation coach, I am passionate about giving people a much-needed break from the hurry and stress of life. My relaxation training sessions feature many kinds of enjoyable, effective relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body:

Loving Kindness Meditation
I host a relaxation training session every Wednesday night on Zoom. People have their cameras and microphones turned off, so you will only hear me as I guide the group through the relaxation techniques.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I can share information about my services and background, answer any questions, and find out what you are looking for regarding guided relaxation and/or life coaching. Then if you are interested, we can set up a time for relaxation training or life coaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Olaf College. I also have 15 years of mental health experience and over 14 years of life coaching and relaxation training experience.
I also receive ongoing mentoring and training from my mentor, which enhances my skills and supports my growth. I meet with her every other week because I find her guidance so valuable to me both personally and professionally.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My Wednesday Night Relaxation on Zoom is the most affordable option — it's only $8 per session.
Individual sessions cost $50 if you can't make the Wednesday Night Relaxation and/or you prefer a private, customized session.
I also provide large group sessions for $500.
How did you get started teaching?
I worked in mental health for 15 years, and towards the end of that time, I started seeing a life coach. I decided that relaxation and life coaching fit my personality so well that my life coach became my mentor and I started my own business.
What types of students have you worked with?
I specialize in artists and creative individuals as well as college students. However, almost anyone can benefit from relaxation training!
