Since no two people are the same, they each come to the coaching relationship with differant needs and questions to explore. One to one coaching allows for that one to one attention. The approach of coaching is always to move forward toward the goal.
I began my career in Social Work and later went back to school for a certification in Transformational Life Coaching and a certification from the Center For Mind Body Medicine. You can see my full bio on my website.
I think learning takes place through heart felt conversations and asking the right questions that help people find the clarity they need to move forward. My training helps me to do this effectively with the clients I serve.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before I work with a new person for the first time we begin with a "no fee" 30 minute session by phone or video. Once we have had a chance to talk about exspectations and the work you are looking to do, you can decide if coaching with me is the right choice for you.
