What is Barre Bliss?

The foundations of our barre method are yoga, dance conditioning, isometric movements and ballet. Unlike any other barre workouts, we combine these principles into one class to sculpt, strengthen and leave you feeling invigorated. We are focused on long term and sustainable results to help you work smarter not harder and help you get results in a nurturing, welcoming and warm environment. We know you can be a stronger, smarter and healthier you!

Who comes to Barre Bliss class?

We truly believe that healthy and fit comes in all shapes and sizes. We have dancers, athletes, young, mature, in shape, those working on getting in shape, women and men. Barre Bliss appeals to many people for the same reasons: we challenge you, believe in you, help in your growth with our challenging approach to the mind, body and soul.

Why Barre Bliss?

Barre Bliss stresses the results of our workout through form and position. This in turn creates proper alignment strengthening your core in a proper and lasting manner. We focus control of the true center of your core through pelvic floor muscles and lower abdominal wall in order to maintain torso control and a neutral spine.

We truly value technique and proper form by helping to foster your health and well being. We will help you to set your intention and attention to achieve the physical and mental goals you have set. It is not only about how big you do something; it is also about how well you do it. Our goal is to armor you with proven techniques of Barre, Yoga, and Cycling.

OUR CLASSES WILL HELP IN STRENGTH MOVEMENTS AND GRACEFUL TRANSITIONS BASED ON PROPER ALIGNMENT METHODS. Barre Bliss will teach you property breathing, form and alignment through precise movements. You will become a better you and find the results you are searching for; whether they are in your body, mind, or soul (hopefully all three).

What does Barre Bliss mean?

Cultivating a mind/body connection through movement is what drives our format forward. We believe by doing so, you will continue your workout and progress in growth to become who you want to be. If we can have any part in this, we are truly blessed. We believe that working your body in a systematic way on your mat in your sacred space will give you that euphoric feeling of bliss. I love this studio! My roommate brought me here and Ive been hooked ever since. Theres always parking (they have a lot in front of the studio) and the studio is nice, big and clean. Ive taken classes with Chris and Molly, who are both great in very different ways. The one thing I really appreciate is the verbal and hands-on corrections they both make. Its super helpful and their directions are always very clear.
I also like that this isnt a studio where youre the only person sweating or struggling through a pose. Ive been to some places where I feel like Im surrounded by professional barre class-goers and Im this awkward neophyte with sweat glands that actually work.

New clients can sign up on our website. New clients can also call us or email us to sign up. We us the MindBody Online system to register our new students. The app or website will allow new students to sign up for classes.
