About
I have coached for over 35 years on the community, high school, college, and Olympic levels.
My athletes and clients have been women and men ages 16-70, from novice to Olympic skill levels. I have coached sprinters, middle distance & distance runners, 1/2-marathon & marathoners, and triathletes from the sprint to Ironman distance. My coaching plans include economy of movement and mental skills training.
I have also successfully guided individuals in a wide range of unique activities, sports, and challenge events. I welcome coaching opportunities that call for innovative techniques and methods.
My graduate level education focused on exercise science and sport psychology.
I have competed at elite levels as a runner, Nordic skier, and triathlete.
I love guiding people to their desired finish lines.
I really enjoy teaching and mentoring athletes.
I love watching athletes finish workouts that boost their mental toughness, and elevate their confidence.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I send a "Performance Power Goals" survey that gives me key information about my potential client. We discuss their primary goals, then schedule our training session.
