My name is Rachael and I'm a personal trainer and health coach in the Twin Cities. I've been excelling in the athletic realm as an athlete, trainer and coach for over 15+ years and have a broad range of experience. I provide the tools and accountability that sparks a change to help you reach your goals. Each client receives an individualized and effective exercise and nutrition program catered specifically to your needs and goals.
Each of my clients is treated as the individual you are. No cookie cutter workout programs or nutritional help. Everything is customized to you and your goals. I'm passionate about guiding clients to make sustainable changes that aid in leading a healthier and happier life.
My specialties include boxing, strength & resistance training, weight loss, program design and sports specific training along with endurance training (Half/Full Marathons, Triathlons, OCR's) Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes and I work either one on one or small group training!
