Walker is one of my favorite trainers I’ve worked with, he understands the science of movement & strength progression very well. He is one of those trainers that is very athletic himself so it always makes you feel better when your trainer can do everything he demands of you. His programs are diverse so you don’t get bored & his prices are very affordable! I Highly recommend.

Not your regular person training session. Walker is very knowledgeable in his craft.

Great workouts and you’ll never find training this good for the amount of money. Helped me prep for my first college football season and will go back.

The first and most important step when meeting with a client, is getting to know you and understanding your goals. If all goes well we will continue to signing some paperwork regarding training, and then we can continue on a no committment trial session to see if training with me is an ideal fit for you.
