Not just moving, but moving well. Self care, balance, strength, flexibility, mobility, are all important for our longevity. I like to share my experience and expertise to help people accomplish more enriched lives. Fitness and movement has been my calling these last six years, during which I’ve taught barre, yoga, aerials, weight lifting, and interval training. Growing up, my background was sports and ballet. Sharing movement has been a passion in the making most of my life and I hope to continue for years to come!

I like to meet a student to get an understanding of their desires, goals, and motivation, to share about myself and assure we have rapport and are a good fit!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal training certificate, 200hr yoga teacher training certificate, and 6 years in the profession.
