Move It Fuel It is an online wellness comapny offering 30 minute workouts you can stream at anytime in various formats including Barre, Strength, Pilates, Cardio, and Active Recovery. Members can also access healthy recipes, nutrition information, and weight loss help. Persoanl Training and Nutrition Coaching are also available.
I got so frustrated with seeing people in the gym working so hard and not getting anywhere, or even worse, giving up. I decited to created this wellness site for people. It allows people to workout from anywhere, and gain the knowldege and support they need to be successful in their journey with encouragement every step of the way.
I have been involved in the fitness world for 20 years. I started as a way to supplement my income as a professional Dancer in L.A. and NYC. I became a trainer, then a Pilates Instructor. I ran my own studio, became a Mom to 2 beautiful girls, and loving it! I still love to train my clients, but wanted to help them truely reach their wellness potential so I gained a Nutrition Counselor Certification. Now I can offer my clients the total package in one place, and I have been LOVING IT! From clients losing 100 lbs, to competing in Triathlons, to living pain free lives. I get excited for each one and their success. I look forward to getting excited for you as well, as we work towards your fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to chat with them about their goals. We set up a virtual meeting to discuss various factors that lead to the success of their new goal. From there we can set up a program where they can successfully achieve their wellness goals through fitness and nutrition if they need. I can be as hands on or hands off as the cleitn needs. I do always like to check in to see how the process is going, however I am not afraid to be a motivator. :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.F.A. in Dance, so I have studied Movement.
B.A.S.I. - Comprehensive Pilates Certification
AFPA - Nutrition Counseling Certification
N.A.S.M - Personal Trainer
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing starts at 19.00/month. There are other add-in options like nutrition counseling and personal training that could increase the price.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a professional dancer and was using fitness as a way to supplement my income. This turned into a passion and after retiring from the dance world, I took to fitness world as a career and loving it ever since.
