I give a great fun lesson in the basic fundamentals football, strength, speed, catching, throwing, hand eye coordination.

We try to teach kids fundamentals of the sports as well as the important of education. But we only do basketball starting the end of October to April and back to football registration starting April our season ends the beginning of November. We do ages from 4-14.
