About
We put a strong emphasis on trainng and development for high level performance. Even though we train all aspects of baseball skills including hitting and conditioning, we specialize in INFIELDER DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. If your student athlete has a passion for the infield and loves to play on the dirt, then you need to take a little closer look at our training program. Athletes are trained by former professional and high level college players.

Flat out what I enjoy most is working with student athletes that have the passion, and willingness to learn and play this game the right way. Being a part of their overall training and development, and helping them reach their goals and highest potential is what it's all about for me. We believe in the more repititions you get at a skill, the better you will become at that skill. We do it 4 the Glove of the Game.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would like to schedule one half hour or hour session to get to know each other better as student-athlete and coach. After our open discussion about experience and goals, we will go through a series of short fielding or hitting drills in order to find key areas of improvement and put a program together to reach those above mentioned goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30+ years of playing and coaching experience from high school, Division 1 college, and minor league levels. I have been a volunteer coach at Mathews-Dickey Boys and Girls Club as well as operating a select baseball training and travel team academy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The most cost effective option would be our small group workouts where student athletes get to work with other players in their age group to offset costs. Fees are $45.00 per hour for small group. For individual workouts the price will be $55.00 an hour.
We also have 4, 6, 8, and 12 session packages at discounted rates when paid up front.
How did you get started teaching?
I decided to start giving lessons because of the high demand to teach the needed baseball skills so that both the student-athlete and the parent can see measurable positive results.
What types of students have you worked with?
I would with student athletes from ages 6 thru High School
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were very fond of an infielder camp we did recently. We had a nice number of kids from all age groups and ability levels. It was a lot of fun and a great way to introduce the game of baseball to newbies.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be willing to work very hard to get better at several positions, not just the one you like the most, but setting yourself up so that you have options when your coach asks you where do you play?
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Knowing what positions you have an interest in and having an open mind about where your skill set might work best with both your team and yourself is essential. Knowing what you want to get out of your workouts is the key.
