LOU also obtained a PRO card for one of the best men's physiques in a Pink Muscle competition sponsored by 1st Phorm and Supplement SuperStore. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once a student/potential client has contacted me I will set up a consultation. During that time I will call, text, or email a series of question to get to know the student better. Once that process is complete we can get the ball rolling and set up payment and scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military background as a PT captain, State Champion for HighJump(Track & Field), Many years of hands-on training might clients as young as 5 to 70 years of age......
