My goal is to empower students to feel their absolute best. Yoga starts as a physical practice for most, but the transformation is ultimately within. Yoga is healing yet challenging. I love to work with students of all abilities, but I am known to offer challenging classes. I am a 500 Hour E-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and the Lead Instructor of a 200 Hour RYS (Registered Yoga School).

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I offer complimentary 15 minute private consultations at the studio. We determine the individual's needs and goals. I explain the "process" of yoga and can recommend studio classes too.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a 500 Hour E-RYT yoga teacher, with over 500 hours of training and 2000 hours of teaching classes. I have owned Yoga Core and More since December 2011.
