Over 30 years experience in the field of fitness management, exercise science, physiology and sports nutrition. I have been successfully able to improve lifestyles for a variety of populations including young adults, high school athletes and students, collegiate athletes, corporate executives and seniors. I developed a personalized, multi-facilitated program improving fitness level through strength and conditioning. This program plan is personalized to target your longterm optimal health goals.
Since I was an adolscent, I have dealt with medical issues that limited my ablity to function. I incorporated fitness and health to improve my lifestyle and mimimize complications in health. I understand the importance of living a healthier lifestyle and can empathize with everything we all do to overcome the constant battle of life changes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with the client to complete all necessary paperwork prior to engaging in any exercise regimen. We will meet at your location of choice and discuss your overall health objective. At that point, we can determine both short and long term goals. Dependent upon your goals will determine how we need to begin a health and fitness program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an avid athlete for my entire life from the age of 8 playing baseball, football, basketball, cycling and soccer. I have been working in the fitness field since the age of 18 during my years through college and post graduate studies. I have earned degrees in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, and certified in personal and group fitness training.
