About
I specialize in women beginner runners. Whether your goal is to start running, get back to running, or improve your running, hiring a coach will help you meet your goals, motivate you, and keep you injury free. I will be with you all the way.
I have been a long distance runner for 45 years and have competed in 30 marathons and numerous races in various distances (1 mile races to 200-mile relays). I train beginner women runners ages 26-62 each fall to run the Tobacco Road Half Marathon in March.
I am a certified running coach from RRCA and USATF since 2015.
