Our goal is to educate each of our clients and provide them with the nutrition and performance information they need to help guide them in every step of their fitness journey leading them to make changes that will last a lifetime.
Watching people learn things about themselves that they never new they were capable of is pretty amazing! My goal is to simplify the process for people and seeing the light bulbs turn on along the way is great. What's not to enjoy about it!?

We start with a discover call to discuss goals, assess readiness to change, determine if online coaching is best for you, and initiate the new client setup process. Next we look at your initial assessment and discuss the best approach for you to see success. Then we personalize your strength and conditioning programming through our app and online dashboard so you can access it at any time. Finally, we provide you nutrition coaching to ensure you're feeding your body in a way that supports your goals and workload and we support you along your journey!

I started my career 11 years ago in a MFA accredited center as an Exercise Physiologist and in a sports performance center as a strength and conditioning coach.
Ages 4-90 years and everything in between. From sports performance enhancement to post-rehab strengthening and recovery to general health and wellness.
I was recenlty promoted to Team Lead at the MFA accredited center I worked at before moving states and starting this business.
