Ntensefit is a boxing and Fitness Performance Venue. We start everyone at their own level of fitness and move into their goals.
I relish watching the Growth of each Client. Mind body and Spirit. We each grow when we come together with a Purpose. When there is No Purpose there is No Movement and Since the Beginning of Our Lives we’ve Each been Entrusted with One Huge Purpose. Grow! In Each Aspect of Life, Grow. Each session begins a with a mobility flow, body conditioning and we go right into workout.

I got started by observing the sickness and disease in my own family and not wanting those things for my family.
