What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first have them go through a series of drills and ask them what are ther desired athletics goals they want to reach
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played division 1 football and I have trained with other young athletes and helped them reach their desired goals
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
sessions are usually 40$ per hour , Travel expenses may apply if i have to travel to you.
I also offer monlty memberships for 400$. This includes 3 sessions a week.
I also offer online training plans for 50$ a month
