I take a mind/body approach to injury rehab and stress or pain management. My meditation sessions focus on Somatic Therapy, Yoga Nidra and I teach a very meditative rendition of myofascial release.
My yoga instruction covers more than just the physical postures. I also teach Vedic philosophy and subtle body activation with the goal of integrating mind, body and breath.
