Lough’s Fitness And Skills Development
About
Sports and fitness are my passion, I grew up playing every sport I could. In high school I began to focus on Football and Lacrosse, I played offensive line at Appalachian State, where I then found another passion for general health and wellness.
I've been a public school teacher and coach in Durham county for the past four years. My middle school football team went undefeated the past two seasons, and won our championship the past four.
Our school started a Lacrosse club team which is continuing to grown in popularity within our district.
My focus as a coach is skill development within Football and Lacrosse, with general fitness, strength and conditioning that can be carried into any sport.
