About
With experience working with coaches currently coaching at Duke Football, UNC Football, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Green Bay Packers, Bowling Green Football, and more - my goal is to take what I have learned from my experiences and help develop great athletes and even better teammates.
I currently work full-time with the Orange County Sportsplex Field House. I get full access to their brand new training facilities, turf field, and courts.
My experience is in Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, and Runningbacks. I also train in agility, speed, and endurance from my experience as a track/cross country athlete.
As a lifelong competitor I strive to put the best product out that I possibly can. It is an extremely rewarding feeling helping athletes of all ages succeed and gain confidence in their respective sport.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer to meet with the student for an introductory session to figure out what their goals are and what they want to get out of working with me. I do an assessment of their current skill set and then base my lesson plans from there.
After each week of working with your athlete, I always tell them 2 things they did well, and I discuss 1 thing I think they can improve on, and I always send them home with something to work on

USA Football Certified.
Current AFCA Member.
Concussion Protocol, and Heat Exhaustion Training.
AED Certification.
