I have been thoroughly trained be the Life Coach Institute of Orange County as a Certified Life Coach. I have taken advantage of continuing education with them to ge the latest procedures and skills needed to perform this life's work. There is no guarantee that our lives will be anything more than the work that we put into ourselves to make us better. Helping my clients reach their desired potential is what makes my services stand out.

What brings me joy about the work that I have been doing for the past 5 years professionally and countless number of years as the listening ear and advisor to friends and family, is to see the 'ah-ha' moments that my clients experience when they reach breakthroughs. I enjoy helping them accomplish goals. I help them step out of the boat into a place they did not think they were capable of reaching.
