With patience and care - Ms. Buckner coaches the actor to constantly deliver the best of themselves in each moment. She sees the bright light within every student, finding those unique qualities that make each one shine, and is able to easily direct the individual on how to share their artistry with the world. Coming in as her student, I felt lost in my acting. I knew that I loved the performing arts, but I lacked clear direction. More than a teacher, Ms. Buckner offers all of herself to each person as a mentor, friend, and sometimes even a mother to those in need. She has trained me, directed me, and even nursed me back to health during a particularly bad case of stage fright.
