I am a certified fitness instructor and I have been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years. I teach the following formats: Yoga, Spin, Pilates, Barre, and Barre classes.
I have taught large and small groups as well as one on one personal training sessions.
I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals. I have taken people on fitness walks as well as coached them thru an hour of Pilates moves. I can create a fitness program that is good for you and your fitness goals. Making Fitness Fun is my job!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a conversation with a new student to discuss fitness goals and talk about nutrition. I enjoy getting to know my clients and help them achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Nutrition, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Cycle. I have CPR/AED/First AID. I carry Liability insurance.

My pricing varies depending on how many in a training and if you are looking for classes, nutrition coaching or one on one training.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching fitness 10 years ago and I still enjoy teaching and coaching everyday! I love helping people achieve their fitness goals!
