What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we would take it slow to get a feel for what we can do, we dont want to discourage anyone so i would just try diffrent exercises to see if we can build something that impowers results ..quality results

It depends on the time and goals i charge by the hr and by the week depends on client

I am active in sports and wanted to teach people what i know , and how to be effective in doing the things that you set your mind to do.

Everything from beginning to pros , kids seniors if you have the unwillingness to learn i have the patience and time to teach

Had a chance to work with jason morris a stand out all American that recently played for Gtech , But a injury sidlined him so I've had a chance to work with him to get him back active on the court and strength and endurance training
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To dont always rush into trying to get results overnight , but to take your time knowing that you have to give your body time to respond .so picking a trainer that knows these things will help you in the long run far as health and results

You should think about short term goals far as self and goals that you would like to meet long term
