Hello my name is DeMarcus. I have been in the fitness industry for 13 years. I provide the most innovative and creative fitness service to communities and corporate businesses.
We specialize in athletic training for youth from the ages of 10 and up. Being a former athlete myself, my goal is to share knowledge and skills to help any athlete excel beyond their expectations keeping safety a priority. We like to find out where athletes are lacking in skills and build them up. We help athletes improve their strengths and weaknesses by giving them an understanding of how they can become better. All sports are different and require different skills and strengths. We factor in flexibility for fluent movements, strength for durability in movements, balance for leverage, and endurance enhancement to maintain all of the above.

Group Training only minimum of 3 individuals.
Training for all types of sports team or individual (football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, track and field, baseball. Etc.)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is finding a neutral location like a Starbucks or Panera to go through a sit down consultation (45min-1hr) this session is free. After discussing your fitness goals and expectations. We schedule your first training session/Exercise evaluation.

National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM) - Performance Enhancement Specialist
Bachelors Degree- Fitness and Sports Science

How did you get started teaching?
Originally playing sports got me involved with working out. Once I started working out I enjoyed it. Which turned it into something I want to teach other individuals about for a career.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In general see a client go from not being able to do a particular exercise to now doing it with ease. It tells you alot about their effort and determination. For me as a coach I know that it boost their confidence along with helping them within there particular sport or lifestyle habit.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Trust is big!!! I can attest to that meeting and learning about someone first is important. In this industry there are some people that just want money. Trust, respect, results, consistentcy is my main goal.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have goals and realistic expectations. The teacher should always know all things in the beginning. Think about everything before meeting teacher make notes if need be.
