What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First do a consultation to go over there goals and see and find out there weakness. After the consultation we will schedule a 30 minute assessment to get a good idea on the strengths and and weaknesses you have in the workout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S Excercise Science Minor in Health Education certified through NASM
