What I do:
I specialize in nutritional consultation and tailored diet plans designed by the anaylsis of a client's basal metabolic rate breakdown. I design and implement a program inclusive of endurance, strength training, plyometric conditioning, enhanced mobilization and flexibility based on the individual goal of each client I am knowledgeable with training client's with physical limitations that effect mobility and flexibility. For such clients, I have acquired a skillset for ballistic, dynamic, static, and PNF (propriceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching.
