    Frequently asked questions

Initially, I sit down with a new client and discuss their goals, previous training, any medical concerns they may have. I use this time to learn more about each client and share information about myself. I would next begin by performing a few assessments to determine what areas we should focus on during training.

After serving active duty in the US Army, I completed my bacherlors degree in physical education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After teaching for 11 years, I completed my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have been a youth sports coach and teaching group exercise classes to children and adults on and off for the past decade.

Prices are negotiable based on client needs. My goal is keep a client for life. I offer a variety of price options that will meet most any budget.

I have always had a love of fitness and helping others! After my tour in the military, I wanted a career where I could enjoy both and being a physical educator was an easy choice.

Young children, adolesecents, teenagers, young adults, and the elderly. I have had clients who were overweight and those who were preparing for a marathon. I am well rounded and have experience working with a variety of clients.

I love getting a glowing review on my dashboard, or an affirming text from a client who is making progress towards their goals. Those things keep my heart happy!

When it comes to health, sports, and fitness, there are many experts in the field. I would advise the client to do their research and ask any questions you may have initially to your trainer so that you can get a sense if you are compatible with one another.

Be genuine and specific. Let us know about injuries, fears, stress levels, life events, or anything that would affect your training.
