I am a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Nutritionist. I make living a healthy lifestyle as easy as possible with going to them with all of the equipment needed! I also include nutrition in my sessions so that is not an extra cost.
I enjoy make a positive impact on my clients so that they can live a longer and a healthier life. I have, too, had my struggles. I have lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off. I used to weigh 221 pounds. I am 4'11". Was not healthy at all. If I can make my life healthier, anyone can!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical programs that I provide are 2-45 minute sessions each week that are completely tailored to each individuals needs and goals. They include a stretching and strengthening program, a nutrition plan and weekly workout plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutritionist, Certified in CPR and AED, I have experience with individuals with various conditions such as MS, Parkinson's Disease, COPD, Alzheimer's, Dimensia, Autism, ADD, Cardiac Rehab, Specific Sports Training, am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified in Silver Sneakers, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $30 per session. I do have various packages that are cheaper per session if purchased that way. I also offer specials throughout the year. I do referral incentive rates. If you refer someone who purchases sessions from me, you will get a percentage off of your next purchase.
How did you get started teaching?
I got into living a healthier lifestyle after my dad was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I was very heavy myself and so was the rest of my family. We all needed to do improve our health. That started my weight loss journey, which got me into teaching fitness classes and then into personal training.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and all fitness levels. I have worked with people who are paralyzed and I have worked with the most athletic individuals.
