I have had a passion for fitness and wellness since I was in high school. I used working out for sports enhancement at first, but I was overweight and found out how good my body and mind felt with consistent exercise.
I've continue with it for over 20 years.
I worked to get my doctorate of Physical Therapy and help people get out of pain but I also help them live their best life possible by providing customized online workout plans.
Providing you monthly plans through an app with nutrition advice and access to me for all questions you might have.
You'll not only get customized workout and fitness plans but you'll have the expertise of a Physical Therapist modify any exercises based on previous injuries.
Being able to see the physical, mental, and emotional chabges that people make.
This is a lifestyle shift.

If we are, then we'll go to the next step of talking about what equipment you have access too and how many days and how much time you can dedicate to your fitness.
Then I'll write you customized programs that you can access at any time and I'll be tracking your progress to hold you accountable. We'll also have monthly calls to discuss your progress.
