Nicky is good at relaxation therapy and understanding the horses in her speeches. Unfortunately I felt a contradiction as the place was not up to the standard of most riding schools I have experienced. No riding ring or space for riding. She said there were trails. I was looking for lessons mostly. I hoped to improve my seat and communication with the horse with more practice. There was no space to canter. I was told they canter up the hard rocky drive with only a few yards of level ground. I am sorry to be bearer of bad news. Maybe someone else could check it out?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Pulling off a virtual certification last year in the middle of a global pandemic. Prior to this all of our certification retreats were in person up until then. It felt really good to still be able to reach our audience, even from a far. Adapting in these times is essential.

Certainly speak to more than one person and choose the right combination of experience, budget, compatability.
