What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We suggest that new students schedule a free 20 minute consultation w/Nicole. Students will be asked to fill out a questionarre asking what their current fitness/yoga experience is and what their goals are. This way we can ensure that the student attends the classes that best suits their needs and schedule.

Nicole has worked with students of all ages, shapes and sizes. She's worked with students with visual, hearing and learning disabilities. Her specialty is working with clients that are challenged with chronic pain.

Work with a teacher who is well versed in anatomy as it relates to movement.
