Nicole is a 200ERYT Yoga Instructor, Thai Yoga Practitioner, Master Fascial Fitness Trainer, Movement Educator, Certified in Fascial Movement Techniques (FMT), Exercise Specialist and Reiki Certified.
Wonderful studio - knowledgeable, positive and friendly teachers. Fuse is my favorite place to be when I need to relax, decompress, and work out those pesky "kinks" that develop from a being at my desk or in my car several hours a day. Nicole also offers private Thai Yoga sessions which are amazing!
My wife and I attend four classes per week and always have a great workout. We leave feeling better than when we arrived. Don't miss it!

We suggest that new students schedule a free 20 minute consultation w/Nicole. Students will be asked to fill out a questionarre asking what their current fitness/yoga experience is and what their goals are. This way we can ensure that the student attends the classes that best suits their needs and schedule.
