About
As a coach and meditation trainer, I love helping people thrive. I specifically enjoy helping people identify their passion, purpose, and how to profit from what they know. I consider myself a coach for coaching professionals and entrepreneurs and have a "six-sense" about how to acheive success.
I am always amazed and excited when a client reaches out and says "OMG I am where I wanted to be" or "Your coaching really helpmed me acheive my goals."

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first provide you with a Discovery Session to assess your needs and experience with mindfulness or coaching, what you want to achieve and how I can best help you. We will send 1.5 hours together. Some clients find a solution and some require more sessions. There is a fee for the discovery session, however, I will credit your account $100 as a deposit/hold once you signup to coach with me or one of my Reid Ready Coaches.
If we decide to work together after your Discovery Session, I will send you my Coaching Agreement and you will book your next session. After you review, sign and return the Agreement to me, we will carry out the session and dig deeper into what you wish to resolve or acheive. We then schedule your long-standing coaching appointment. I will invoice you based on your plan/package and the terms of your Agreement.

I provide four different virtual coaching packages and online mindfulness training and coach training classes. Additionally, you can incorporate add-on services such as custom, personal guided meditation audios and videos, in-person at your location where possible.
