I love helping people discover how to help themselves by changing their thought patterns through mindfulness practice or mindfulness coaching.  I love being on the journey of others who are working towards creating new concepts or take away a different understanding than they had before. I also love seeing others discover their own love for life and living mindfully.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I first provide a client with a free Discovery Session to determine their experience with mindfulness, what they want to achieve and how I can best help them on his or her journey. If the prospective client wants to work with me, I send them my contract and set him or her up on a session schedule. They review, sign and return the contract to me. We then schedule at least two sessions. I will invoice the client based on the plan/package they have purchased.
