With 30 years working in film, tv and broadway I have taught and coached actors with technique, self taping, audition preparation and professional industry goals.
I work ages 17-99 and all experience levels on areas from how to expand their territory to increase opportunities for a succeasful career in the entertainment industry.

The joy I get from seeing actors dreams manifest is a great reward. Because of my years in the industry as a working actor I get to share personal and professional knowledge to help actors in the process of acting and the business. When a student "gets it" and overcomes an obstacle and make a break through....THAT brings me joy!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Just as every person is different, so is my style in working with students. Upon enquiring, i provide an intake form for students that offers a clear view of their needs and goals.
Although there is NO cookie cutter process when working with a student. I can say foster a fun, safe environment for students to play, explore the work and build a process to arrive at the characters objective. As a professional actor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional actor I studied with Clay Stevenson; my first acting coach from the age of 18- 22 and with Wynn Handmann in New York.
Coming from a business and marketing background I teach actors practical goals to their business while adding spiritual principles that allow students to stay focused and see their desired success before they begin.

Rates vary depending on the need and skill of the student. I work one on one, group and online, it's best to ask when we speak
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching both acting and industry coaches out of a desire to help actors eliminate the frustrations I. The industry. Many times while working professionally, younger graduates would ask my advice and direction about acting and the business. In 2010, I decided to make it part of my business.
What types of students have you worked with?
Young and mature, intermediate and seasoned professionals. I have worked with both.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Working on a pre Broadway production slated for N.Y. in the fall of 2017. I worked for 2 months in San Francisco! LOVED IT!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Acting is a process. It's not add water and stir, but approaching it later by layer and in time you have a finished, but not perfect, creation. It's something you work on for the rest of your life.
