I have been meditating and working as a meditation teacher for 25 years. I am also a Creative Arts Therapist (20) years, a Speaker (4 years) and a Coach(6 years).
My company is Trish Roberts Life Coaching, Inc. I work with people who want to relieve different kinds of stress and increase their ability to use methods to increase insight and feel calmer and more focused!
I love working with people, helping them achieve their goals by taking the information aI teach in a way that they can utilize themselves.
I know how much meditation has helped me and it makes me very happy to teach methods that will calm yet empower their lives. Meditation can help with so many things: lessening stress and anxiety, increasing mental clarity, accessing creativity and vision for life.
