A complimentary session/consult gets the process started. We’ll review your health history, discuss your health and fitness goals, measure your BodyFat, and have a light workout for about 20 minutes.

Certified personal Trainer
Certified Health Coach
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have 3 programs that offer different features and they vary in price. I occasionally customize programs. Pricing is reviewed in-depth during the workout and consultation.
How did you get started teaching?
I'm a former DIVISION 1 FOOTBALL ATHLETE AND SERVED IN THE UNITES STATEA ARMY HONORABLY. Health and fitness are the foundations for both of the experiences and became personal passions of mine. I decided to turn my passions into something shareable with all who come my way!
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly men and woman over 40 years old that are stuck in their lives. They are entrepreneurs, nurses, accountants, and more looking to reduce the risk of chronic disease AND build confidence in themselves.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My daughter getting accepted to college is something I'm very proud of!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advise would be to make sure they have at least one complimentary session with the teacher. It's important that the student feels comfortable. This will help to determine if this is a good fit or not.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Simple: the student needs to be clear about their personal goals. After, asking questions on how the teacher can help them achieve their goals becomes easy.
