What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get a understanding of the extent of their actual knowledge, and assist them in gaining basic skills if needed and then move forward according to the pace at which a student learns while giving them a push as well towards expanding their knowledge.

Memorial day cook out I had to take over the grill, by request. It was looking bad for my girlfriend's brother on the grill so everyone asked me to and they said it was amazing, and I should have don it from the beginning.
