Through a simple 4-step coaching process I help others transition from where they are now to where they want to be. As a single mom and sole financial and emotional provider or my family I have much firsthand practical experience in losing sight of my purpose and restoring wholeness to my life.
As an ICF ACC-Associate Certified Coach I possess the ability to help people discover and apply their core potential and make progress towards their vision by helping you explore possibilities in your life and connect with opportunity amidst ongoing change and uncertainty. I assist others in embracing change in the most challenging of circumstances.

I possess a Master's degree in Education from Indiana University, teach at Rutgers University and am an active member of Toastmasters International.
I am actively involved in community and church including Bryan's Dream Foundation for assistance in pediatric brain cancer research, Special and Disability Olympics, and a coach and mentor for people with Lyme disease.
I am an outdoor junkie with infectious enthusiasm who regularly participates in adventures in the great outdoors.
