After discovering yoga 15 years ago and witnessing my transformation physically, emotionally and spiritually, I was destined to become a yoga instructor. I have dedicated my life to helping students seek their greatest potential through the practice of yoga in a loving, judgement free environment.
I am a 200hr and 150hr Advanced Yoga Instructor with Frog Lotus Yoga(FLY)International. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica and Guatemala. I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance, CPR/RTE/FIRST AID certified, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA Essential Oils and an Independent Distributor of Kangen Alkalized Water.
