I recently witnessed the power of social media for good causes. In Italy two big italian influencers opened a GoFund me page to raise money for the hospitals in crises for the COVID-19 pandemic. They could fund a brand new ICU that was built in 12 days for the patient most at risk.
I admire people that use their voice and power to help those most in need.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To be ready to work and have fun. You need to enjoy what you're doing and find the passion within you. That will be my job, I will push you and make you love what we do at the same time.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I believe students should feel free to ask questions if they did not understand something. They should pay attention to the class and try not to ask questions that the teacher just answered. Also ask questions that will help them grow, not superficial ones or rude.
