I believe that in order to be a good trainer you have to practice everything that you teach and welcome new ideas. We all learn from each other and from others that lived before us. I’m truly great full that I have the opportunity to explore and study the various styles of the best fighters. I fell in love with the sport of boxing when I understood the purpose of skipping and how power is generated from the ground up through the hip and into a punch. Balance and movement are the most important assets in our lives and this is why we need to work on it.

David was an excellent trainer.After having a baby my body was out of shape. Dave helped get my pre-pregnancy body back. Thanks to him I've gained my confidence back! I genuinely Dave to all those mothers out there who need to get their self-esteem and regain their life !!
David helped me with a knee problem I had. My left knee was sometimes locking and very tight. He showed me how to use my own body weight strategically to preform exercises that did not cause any pain or discomfort. I had given up on exercise as it was too painful but thanks to David I am back doing what I love painlessly!
The initial session is usually an assessment/ evaluation session with the purpose of gathering enough information to be able to design an exercise program in the most efficient way. The clients strength, posture, injuries and muscular imbalances will be identified and addressed properly. Then a program will be planed out for the next 4 / 8 / 12 weeks.
