Youman Wilder has extremely successful Harlem Baseball Hitting Academy Inc in New York City.

Wilder has been able to take kids from the inner cities of New York and make them some of the best baseball players in the country.

As of this year The Harlem Baseball Academy has graduated 290 of its baseball players with 315 Recieving Division I and Division II baseball scholarships

In the last 16 years The Harlem Baseball Hitting Academy players have Generated $19 million in baseball and academic scholarships

Taking the marginal player, the player that no one thinks will be good, maybe the player who's been cut one or two times, and making them a better player overall.

I never want to really take the star athlete I want to take the athletes who needs to improve that's where I think I really do my best work,with those who want to work hard to improve.

    I am a huge fan of making the player the most athletic.

    Also really big on speed and as a hitter. I really want strong crisp consistent hard contact.

    I want to keep what works and upgrade it.

    And then put an correct approach to  the hitter.

    Strong barrel contct is what i seek first and foremost
