Hello there!

My name is Bunny and I craft unique experiences to empower my clients to embody their best selves.

I combine the best of yoga, meditation, tarot talk-therapy, & creative arts into an experience which fosters relaxation and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.

I’m currently living, learning, and assisting thought-leaders in the field of mind-body wellness and positive psychology at Kripalu Yoga and Meditation Center in Stockbridge, Mass. and it’s my hope that by early April I’ll be able to start meeting with new clients.

as of 4/01/19: april’s booked.

Currently accepting appointments for May and June.

During the summer, I teach yoga and meditation to 550+ children aged 6-16 at Camp Pontiac, an 8-week sleep away camp in upstate NY.

I also provide mindfulness-based “Joy & Endurance training to the staff, keeping me on site June-September.

Additionally, I teach/mentor/create therapeutic relationships with kids who are already in more traditional forms of therapy

-or- who have *resisted*  traditional forms of therapy. I’ve had great success communicating with kids who have previously been unreachable to parents or other adults in the healing fields.

The look of relaxation in my clients eyes after a session; watching muscles relax and release during body scan meditations; getting to know who my clients are and helping them become at home in their body and mind.

Bunny is an excellent teacher and and our family absolutely adores her. She's been teaching my sons yoga for the last 6 months in our home, and despite initially fighting me on it, both of my boys (10, 12) now look forward to their sessions 2x/week. Additionally, they use the breathing techniques they've learned to help put themselves to sleep at night! Which both shocked and delighted me! Bunny loves kids and it shows. Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Ask yourself what it is you’re seeking...

What ignited your online search?

...& upon finding me:

How do you imagine I might be able to help you?

I consider this work my dharma — my “calling” in life— and have had the pleasure of attracting my tribe in the form of clients, mentors, and soul friends from all walks of life and all around the world. I don’t do purely transactional relationships; I do transformational relationships.

Most clients come to me looking for something beyond just learning the skills and techniques of yoga or meditation; they are looking for a therapeutic relationship, one that will incorporate a variety of modalities to seek inner peace, understand their self and their relationships better, and come into greater union of wellness with the body, mind, and spirit.

It’s my desire to help people learn how to help themselves. If I teach people to depend on me, that may be helpful for a little while but it isn’t sustainable and to me, that translates into not helpful.  It’s the whole, “Teach a man to fish...” thinking.

That said, I both recommend and require a commitment of 4 sessions (1-2x/week) in order to move forward with new folks; after that, I’m open to meeting more/less frequently or on a “needs” basis.

Let’s schedule a brief phone call and discuss details from there.
