About
Hello there!
My name is Bunny and I craft unique experiences to empower my clients to embody their best selves.
I’ve spent my entire life seeking internal peace. As a teen and young adult I suffered severely from an eating disorder, addictive tendencies, self-harm, co-dependency, and made so many destructive choices I eventually got sick and tired of being sick and tired, and began the lifelong journey towards mind-body-&-spiritual wellness.
This journey has led me many places, and ultimately it has led me to heal.
I’m currently living, learning, and assisting thought-leaders in the field of mind-body wellness and positive psychology at Kripalu Yoga and Meditation Center in Stockbridge, Mass.
Now that I’ve found my own peace, I’m sharing everything that’s worked with whoever needs it. I’ve incorporated bits of life coaching, yoga, meditation, tarot talk-therapy, & creative arts into an experience which fosters relaxation and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
as of 6/01/19: June’s booked.
Currently accepting appointments for July/Aug
Please note:
During the summer, I teach yoga and meditation to 550+ children aged 6-16 at Camp Pontiac, an 8-week sleep away camp in upstate NY.
I also provide mindfulness-based “Joy & Endurance training to the staff, keeping me on site June-September.
That said, I will only be available for Skype or phone sessions until early October.
Additionally, I teach/mentor/create therapeutic relationships with kids who are already in more traditional forms of therapy-or- who have *resisted* traditional forms of therapy. I’ve had great success communicating with kids who have previously been unreachable to parents or other adults in the healing fields.
The look of relaxation in my clients eyes after a session; watching muscles relax and release during body scan meditations; getting to know who my clients are and helping them become at home in their body and mind.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask yourself what it is you’re seeking...
What ignited your online search?
...& upon finding me:
How do you imagine I might be able to help you?
I consider this work my dharma — my “calling” in life— and have had the pleasure of attracting my tribe in the form of clients, mentors, and soul friends from all walks of life and all around the world. I don’t do purely transactional relationships; I do transformational relationships.
Most clients come to me looking for something beyond a traditional therapist-client relationship, one that will incorporate a variety of modalities to help them experience inner peace, understand their self and their relationships better, and come into greater union of wellness with the body, mind, and spirit. They come to grow.
It’s my desire to help people learn how to help themselves. If I teach people to depend on me, that may be helpful for a little while but it isn’t sustainable and to me, that translates into not helpful. It’s the whole, “Teach a man to fish...” thinking.
That said, I both recommend and require a commitment of 4 sessions (1-2x/week) in order to move forward with new folks; after that, I’m open to meeting more/less frequently or on a “needs” basis.
Let’s schedule a brief phone call and discuss details from there.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
There’s almost nothing standard about what I offer; every relationship is completely tailored to the needs of that particular client.
**please note: I do not accept insurance**

if you could wave a magic wand over your life
and create the lifestyle and circumstances of your dreams, what would that look like for you? Who would you be? What would you look like? What would you wear? What would you eat? How would you spend your days? Who would you see more of? Less of? What would your relationships feel like?
