Welcome!I’m a Certified Yoga teacher since 2015 based in New York.

Offering both online and in person classes, I teach various styles with a focus on Hatha, Restorative and Yin with the breath being the foundation.I also create customized guided meditations.

As an experienced teacher I meet students where they’re at, keeping an understanding that Yoga is an exploration and Practice and each day is different
