Suprina Berenyi, founder of Suprema Gourmet invites you to embark on a wellness
journey, through her immersive individual, group or family cooking classes.
For 20 years, Suprina has combined modern nutritional science and Eastern
wellness philosophies. Using this as a fodder for humor to share food and lifestyle
solutions that empower people to make great personal choices.
As a media and wellness expert, Suprina has co-lectured with Ann Albright, PhD, RD,
Director, Division od Diabetes Translation for the CDC, and Dr. Hylan D. Shoob, an
epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Suprina is a highly recommended nutritionist and has guest lectured on the topic at

She invites up to a family of 5 and can customize the length of each class depending on how deep you want to dive into the modalities of wellness (please touch base for full list of classes and cuisines).
This fully immersive New York City based experience can take place at either your place or hers. Each family will be given a customized cookbook depending on their positive wellness preferences.

Shoob of the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke and is a recommended nutritionist for CIGNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Kline, and medical specialty practices in Atlanta, New York City, and Miami.
