Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We usually start with a fitness assessment so I can meet the client and gather information that will needed in order to properly customize the program. The fitness assessment is complimentary to you and will also be a good workout. I use an ultrasound machine 'Futrexx 5500'. It's a high end body fat machine the will put your weight in sections for me. It will let us know how much of your weight is body fat, lean muscle, BMI and even water retention. With that information I will be able to do the math and see what will be your ideal goal weight. I will also need to discuss any injuries etc...
Test your cardiovascular, flexibility and strength level. It will all be needed so the training matches your ability according to your goals.
