Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I send my new clients a welcome package with information on my program, then we hop on the phone or a Zoom call and define their goals and do an assessment. Once we have all those things sorted out, then I create an initial plan based on their goals. Once we have the initial plan we work on adjusting it as necessary as we go to really make it specific to their lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer, health coach and life coach. I have specialized certifications in nutrition, metabolism and hormones, meditation, and women's health and fitness, specializing in women in midlife.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have several packages I offer based on the goals of my clients.
How did you get started teaching?

I've experienced coaching and the power of it and I know it changes lives, mine included.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with women in midlife and helped them to reach their goals in health, fitness and life goals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to make sure you have a call with the person you are considering hiring to see if it's a good fit.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think about where they are at now, and the end result that they want to reach. Also think about what you've tried before to reach your goals.
