We teach SharQuí the Bellydance Workout® and Basic Bellydance Technique & Combos. In SharQuí, we teach fun, simple, aerobic belly dance choreographies using the add-on method which includes breakdown and repetition of each movement so everyone can learn easily. We make sure students learn proper belly dance form and technique, and keep their heart rate up for the entire hour! In Basic Bellydance we learn simple Egyptian-style combinations to Middle Eastern music, thoroughly breaking down each move with proper technique. Ours is a class where beginner and intermediate students may find that balance of nurturing and motivation to comfortably take them to the next level if they are consistent.
